This medication contains vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, C, and zinc to help relieve physical fatigue, supplement nutrition during pregnancy and lactation, improve physical strength during and after illness, and maintain health in developmental and elderly stages. In particular, vitamin A is effective in relieving dry eyes and preventing night blindness, while vitamin D promotes the growth of bones and teeth and prevents rickets. Vitamin B complex and C alleviate inflammation symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, and oral and skin inflammation, and it is also effective for peripheral circulatory disorders and symptoms of menopause such as shoulder and neck stiffness, and numbness and coldness of the hands and feet. Zinc contributes to physical recovery by assisting immune function and wound healing. Overall, this medication is used to enhance the functionality of various body parts and improve overall health.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 2 tablets once daily

Precautions

Care should be taken when administering this medication, as taking more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A daily can pose a risk of congenital malformations in women during the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant. Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, renal diseases, or those with hypersensitivity to this medication, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and those with genetic issues like lactose intolerance should not take this medication. It is advisable not to take this medication simultaneously with phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or levodopa. Infants under one year, patients receiving medical treatment, children exposed to sunlight while maintaining a normal diet, patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, infants, patients with gastrointestinal disorders, heart/circulatory dysfunction, renal impairment, hypoproteinemia, or a history of gout or kidney stones must consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. If nausea, vomiting, itching, dry skin, painful joint swelling, diarrhea, gastrointestinal discomfort, constipation, rashes, redness, loose stools, stomatitis, dermatitis, bad odor during sweating/breathing, hair loss, impatience, gastrointestinal disturbances, digestive disorders, abdominal pain, hypotension, pulmonary edema symptoms occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare personnel. Additionally, the use of this medication may lead to menstruation cycles becoming shorter or prolonged bleeding, and women taking oral contraceptives should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, neuropathy, hematologic abnormalities, exacerbation of peptic ulcers, liver damage, edema, or increased risk of osteoporosis, so prescribed doses and usage must be strictly adhered to. When given to children, guidance and supervision from a guardian are essential, and since vitamin A present in this medication can be sufficiently supplied through diet, it should not exceed 5,000 IU per day. This medication may affect blood glucose detection in urine tests and may change urine color, so this should be noted during examinations. Teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, should be avoided before and after taking this medication.

Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take with phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, levodopa, or oral contraceptives containing estrogens. Consult with a physician or pharmacist when taken together with aldosterone antagonists and triamterene.

Teas containing tannins like green tea or black tea should be avoided during or before and after taking this medication.
