Adult dose

Typically, adults take 1 pouch 3 times a day before meals or between meals.

This medication contains lactose (lactose hydrate), so individuals with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, and glucose-galactose absorption disorder should not take it. Patients with high blood pressure, elderly patients, patients with heart or kidney problems, individuals with edema, patients taking other medications, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, and individuals with weak stomachs should always consult with a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. If any symptoms such as reduced urine output, swelling of the face and extremities, heaviness of the eyelids, stiffness of the hands, increased blood pressure, or headaches occur during the course of taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, if symptoms such as muscle weakness, limb cramps, or paralysis appear, stop taking the medication and consult a physician. In case of loss of appetite, gastric discomfort, nausea, diarrhea, skin rashes, or hives, discontinuation and consulting with a professional is necessary. If symptoms do not improve after one month of use, discontinue and consult a healthcare provider. Caution should be exercised when taken with potassium-containing products, licorice-containing products, or certain diuretics as hypokalemia or myopathy may occur.
