How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 years and older: 1 packet (20 mL) taken three times a day after meals, 30 minutes after eating. The interval between doses is generally 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication may put stress on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day should consult a physician or pharmacist before use. This medication contains acetaminophen, which can cause liver damage if overdosed, so care should be taken to not exceed the maximum daily dosage of 4,000mg. Additionally, if any abnormal reactions such as rash or blisters occur during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult a healthcare provider. Individuals who are allergic to this medication or its components, who have a history of asthma, infants under three months of age, or those taking specific antidepressants or psychiatric medications should not use this medication. During treatment, it is safe to avoid concurrently taking cough syrups or other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children who have or are suspected to have chickenpox or flu, especially those under the age of 15, should consult a physician before use, and infants under the age of 2 should only use it after medical consultation. Individuals who have previously experienced allergic symptoms or skin disorders from medications, or have liver, kidney, or heart diseases, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding should also consult a healthcare provider before use. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, or difficulty breathing occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician or pharmacist. This medication must be used according to the prescribed use and dosage, and it is recommended not to use it for a long time. Avoid alcohol during use, and since it may cause drowsiness, refrain from driving or operating machinery. When administering to children, it should be done under the supervision of a guardian, and children under the age of 2 should not be used except in special cases. Drug interactions

This medication should not be taken with MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, antiepileptics, etc.), antitussive and expectorant medications (for cough and phlegm), other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, and antihistamines contained in oral medications (oral preparations for rhinitis, motion sickness medications, allergy medications). Patients taking barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, and alcohol should consult a physician or pharmacist.

This medication is sensitive to air and moisture, so it must be stored in a sealed container. The storage temperature should ideally be maintained between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius.
