Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as breastfeeding mothers, should not take this medication. Patients with severely impaired liver function should also avoid using this drug. Rare side effects such as eyelid swelling or orthostatic dizziness have also been reported. When driving or operating machinery, caution is advised as this medication may cause drowsiness, and taking it with alcohol may worsen this effect. As this is an extended-release preparation, it is recommended to use other forms of medication that can be divided for children. Care should be taken as co-administration with sedatives may exacerbate symptoms due to drug interactions. It is safer for pregnant or breastfeeding women not to use this medication. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, and transferring it to another container may lead to accidents or reduce the drug's quality, so it is important to keep it in its original packaging.
