This medicine is used to relieve various symptoms of a cold such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 years and older: Take 1 capsule 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals.

Precautions

This medicine can burden the liver, so those who regularly drink more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Additionally, severe rashes or blistering reactions may appear during the use of this medicine, so if such symptoms occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. This medicine contains acetaminophen, so do not exceed the maximum daily dosage and do not take it with other products containing acetaminophen. Those allergic to this medicine or its components, or have had asthma attacks, infants under 3 months old, and those taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications should not take it. Do not take other medicines during this treatment that include cough suppressants, cold medicines, analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic constitution or multiple conditions involving the liver, kidneys, or heart, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, and breastfeeding women should definitely consult a specialist before taking it. Also, individuals allergic to the dyes contained in this medicine should be cautious. Rash, redness (flushing), itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, difficulty urinating, persistent or severe thirst, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

Drug interactions

Do not take this medicine with MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, antiparkinsonian drugs, etc.), antitussives (cough and phlegm medications), other cold medications, antipyretics and analgesics, sedatives, and antihistamines that are oral medications (oral medications for rhinitis, motion sickness, allergy treatments). Barbiturate drugs, tricyclic antidepressants, alcohol, diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, steroids, and other medications should also not be taken.
