Precautions

This medicine may put strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly drink more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine or any other antipyretic analgesics. The ingredients in this medicine can rarely cause serious skin conditions; if a rash or an allergic reaction occurs after taking the medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Care should be taken to ensure the maximum daily dose of the acetaminophen component is not exceeded, and it should not be taken together with other products containing acetaminophen. Due to the presence of pseudoephedrine, if skin symptoms such as fever, redness, or small blisters appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Persons with a history of allergic reactions to this medicine or who have experienced asthma, infants under 3 months, those taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics or have recently stopped taking them, and those with severe hypertension or kidney disease should not take this medicine. It is safest not to take this medicine in combination with cough medicines, other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children who have had or are suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, those with specific skin condition symptoms, people with allergies, or those with chronic diseases such as liver, kidney, or heart conditions should definitely consult with a professional before taking this medicine. If any abnormal symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, urinary problems, or dizziness occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. Especially if symptoms such as hives, difficulty breathing, severe skin rash, jaundice, severe cough or difficulty breathing, and sudden headaches arise, discontinue use immediately and seek urgent medical attention. Children under 2 years of age should generally not use this medication unless in specific cases and under a doctor’s guidance. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and method of administration, avoid prolonged use, abstain from alcohol during treatment, and be cautious as drowsiness may occur; avoid driving or operating machinery. Taking certain medications together may slow the metabolism of acetaminophen; caution is advised, and serious metabolic disturbances may occur when taken with specific antibiotics, so follow professional instructions accordingly. This medicine should be stored out of the reach of children, kept away from direct sunlight, and stored in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container, and should not be transferred to another container to maintain quality.
