This medication is used to relieve various symptoms of colds such as sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals 15 years and older: Take 1 tablet 3 times a day after meals, 30 minutes after eating.

Precautions

This medicine may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. If a severe rash or blisters appear on the skin or if an allergic reaction occurs during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. This medication contains acetaminophen, so care must be taken not to exceed a maximum of 4,000 mg per day; it should not be taken with other medications containing acetaminophen. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or similar medications in the past, have experienced asthma, infants under 3 months old, or those taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications should not take this medicine. It is advisable not to take this medication along with cough expectorants, other cold medications, antipyretics, analgesics, or antihistamines. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergic tendencies or a history of allergic symptoms, those with liver, kidney, heart, or thyroid diseases, elderly individuals, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding must consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, or insomnia appear during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional, as there may be a risk of severe allergic reactions, skin diseases, asthma, or liver dysfunction, which require caution. Children under 2 years old should generally not take this medication, and if necessary, should consult a doctor. It is essential to adhere to the specified dosage and duration, avoid long-term use, and refrain from alcohol consumption. Caution is necessary when used in conjunction with certain medications, as it can burden the liver, and if taken with flucloxacillin, there may be a risk of side effects, so it should be discontinued immediately if symptoms are suspected. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry, sealed container. Additionally, do not transfer the medication to another container, and be cautious to prevent misuse and maintain quality.

Caution is necessary with barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, alcohol, diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, steroids, and other drugs.
