This medication is used to relieve various symptoms of the common cold, including sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults aged 15 and over: Take 1 tablet after meals, 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals

Precautions

This medicine may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist. As it contains acetaminophen, if you experience severe rash, blisters, or itching, you should stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage when taking this medication, and avoid taking it with other products containing acetaminophen, as this may cause liver damage. Those who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients, have previously triggered asthma, infants under 3 months old, or those taking certain antidepressants should not use this medication. Do not take with other medications that include an expectorant, cold medicine, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Infants with chickenpox or flu, children under 15 years old, individuals with allergies, liver/kidney/heart disease, elderly individuals, and women who are pregnant or nursing should consult a professional before taking this medication.   • Hives, severe swelling, chest tightness, cold sweat, pallor → severe allergic reaction
  • Severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/ocular mucosa → severe skin adverse reaction
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attack, cough + fever accompanied respiratory issues → respiratory problems
  • Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme sense of malaise → liver problems (jaundice)

Mild side effects

Rash/redness (congestion and redness), itching, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)
