Relief of cold (fever, pain) and pain (headache, neuralgia)
This medication is effective in relieving fever and pain caused by colds, headaches, neuralgia, muscle pain, menstrual pain, and sprain pain. It can also be used for various types of pain, such as toothache, joint pain, and rheumatic pain. It is useful for pain management due to its ability to improve various types of pain.
Children under 12 years of age should take the following recommended dose every 4-6 hours as needed. This medication should be taken at the minimum effective dose possible for the shortest duration, and should not exceed 5 times a day (75 mg/kg).
This medication can burden the liver, so those who drink more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. If any sudden rash or blisters appear on the skin while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Since it contains acetaminophen, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage of 4,000 mg, and it should not be taken with other medications containing acetaminophen. Individuals with allergies to this medication or those with peptic ulcer, severe liver, kidney, or heart diseases should not take it. Those with aspirin-induced asthma or taking certain medications should also consult a professional before using this medication. Individuals with liver or kidney dysfunction, blood disorders, prone to bleeding, elderly people, young children, those pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If unusual symptoms such as difficulty breathing, severe skin rash, vomiting, or bleeding occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult medical personnel. Long-term use of this medication requires regular liver and kidney function tests, and dosages may need to be adjusted or discontinued as necessary. Especially for children or the elderly, it's important to take the minimal dosage, and if fever or pain persists, consult a professional. It is best to avoid taking with other anti-inflammatory pain relievers, and adults should consult healthcare personnel if pain lasts for more than 10 days or fever persists for more than 3 days. In case of overdose, even if there are no symptoms, prompt medical treatment is necessary, and medications to protect the liver may be administered. Store this medication out of the reach of children and keep it in its original container for safety.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mouth/eye mucosa, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP), Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS), toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN), asthma attack, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), extreme lethargy, shock, anaphylactic reaction, anaphylaxis

Do not take this medication with other products containing acetaminophen, other anti-inflammatory (NSAID) analgesics, barbiturates, or tricyclic antidepressants. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if taken with warfarin, lithium, or thiazide diuretics.
Do not take this medication with alcohol.
This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. It is important to maintain a storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius. This will help maintain the drug's effectiveness and safety.
