Combination therapy of a long-acting bronchodilator and inhaled corticosteroids is effective in reducing airway inflammation and facilitating breathing in the treatment of asthma. This method effectively reduces both the frequency and severity of asthma symptoms and the risk of asthma attacks. Patients can expect improved lung function and symptom relief by adhering to the prescribed regimen. This combination therapy plays a critical role in asthma management and effectively improves breathlessness in daily life. Therefore, a combination therapy of a long-acting bronchodilator and inhaled corticosteroids is used in asthma treatment.

Precautions
This medication should not be used in patients with a history of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of its components. Use caution when administering this medication to patients who have previously received systemic steroid treatment and have impaired adrenal function. Patients with cardiovascular diseases such as arrhythmias, myocardial infarction, or heart failure should also be cautious when using this medication. This medication can affect the electrical activity of the heart, so caution is required in patients with a prolonged QTc interval. Patients with hyperthyroidism or diabetes should carefully manage blood glucose levels as blood sugar may increase. Patients with hypokalemia or pheochromocytoma must periodically check serum potassium levels while using this medication. This medication should be administered cautiously to patients with pulmonary tuberculosis or respiratory infections. Oral candidiasis, headaches, palpitations, cough, and various side effects may occur, so consult a doctor if symptoms arise. Do not suddenly stop treatment; dosage should be gradually reduced according to medical advice. If asthma symptoms worsen or if treatment is deemed insufficient, seek immediate medical attention, and use a short-acting bronchodilator during acute asthma attacks. After inhalation, it is advisable to rinse the mouth with water or brush teeth to reduce the risk of oral infections. The use of this medication during pregnancy or breastfeeding should only occur under careful medical judgment when necessary. Use in pediatric patients under 18 years of age is not recommended, as safety and efficacy have not been sufficiently established. Elderly patients should use this medication with caution, as their physical condition may be weakened, and it should be closely monitored. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as cardiac arrhythmias, hypokalemia, and hyperglycemia may occur, and appropriate treatment should be sought at a hospital if necessary. This medication should be administered using the inhaler correctly, and the inhaler should always be cleaned and stored properly after use. In particular, when the medication in the inhaler is depleted, it must be replaced immediately with a new product and stored out of reach of children. It should be stored in a sealed container, as it is sensitive to air and moisture. Furthermore, to maintain freshness and effectiveness, it is important to store at refrigerated temperatures between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius, and it is safe to use within 3 months of initiating administration.
