How to take

Adult dose

Ages 15 years and older: 2 capsules three times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals

Child dose

Ages 8 to under 15 years: 1 capsule three times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals

Precautions

This medication may put strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. The acetaminophen component in this medicine can rarely cause serious skin reactions; therefore, if you experience rashes or unusual symptoms on the skin after taking this medication, you should stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen is 4,000 mg, and to prevent liver damage, it should not be taken with other medications that contain acetaminophen, including this one. Those who have had allergic reactions to this medication, a history of asthma, infants under 3 months old, and those taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications should not take this medication. If symptoms such as rashes, itching, nausea, or dizziness appear after taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor. Severe allergic reactions, difficulty breathing, or jaundice symptoms require urgent treatment. This medication is not to be used in children under 2 years of age, and if necessary, a doctor's consultation must be obtained.
