How to take

Adult dose

Ages 15 and above: Take 1 pouch (20mL), three times daily after meals, 30 minutes post-meal.

Child dose

Ages 11 to under 15 years: Take 2/3 pouch, three times daily after meals, 30 minutes post-meal. Ages 7 to under 11 years: Take 1/2 pouch, three times daily after meals, 30 minutes post-meal.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by those who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, as it may cause liver damage; always consult a doctor or pharmacist. The acetaminophen component in this drug can rarely cause serious skin reactions, so if any rash or hypersensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen is 4,000mg, and care must be taken not to exceed this dosage and avoid taking other acetaminophen-containing products. The pseudoephedrine component may cause severe skin reactions, so discontinue use and consult a professional if fever or red spots, or small blisters appear. This drug contains the artificial sweetener aspartame, so patients with certain genetic disorders like phenylketonuria should not take it, and aspartame intake should be limited. Additionally, those with allergic reactions to this drug or similar substances, those with a history of asthma, infants under 3 months of age, and those taking certain antidepressants should not use this medication. During use, do not take other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Interstitial pneumonia: cough, shortness of breath, respiratory distress, fever. Sudden and very severe headache, thunderclap headache, nausea.

Drug interactions

Do not use this medication in conjunction with MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, antiparkinsonian agents, etc.), cough suppressants (cough and phlegm medications), other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. This medication should not be taken by individuals within 2 weeks of stopping MAO inhibitors. Avoid barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, alcohol, diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants.

Storage

Store this medication in a tightly sealed container to avoid exposure to air and moisture, preferably at room temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. This will help maintain the drug’s efficacy.
