This medication is used for patients who need to administer two ingredients, Candesartan Cilexetil and Rosuvastatin, together. First, Candesartan Cilexetil primarily helps patients with essential hypertension and heart failure with impaired left ventricular function. It is particularly suitable for cases requiring additional therapy for ACE inhibitors or for patients with poor tolerance. Rosuvastatin is primarily used for diseases associated with hypercholesterolemia and is administered as an adjunctive therapy when dietary therapy is insufficient. Additionally, it aids patients with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia, dysbetalipoproteinemia. Moreover, it contributes to reducing the risk of stroke, myocardial infarction, and arterial revascularization in middle-aged people with elevated high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels and cardiovascular disease risk factors. Therefore, this medication improves hypertension, heart failure, hyperlipidemia, and the risk of cardiovascular disease.
