It contains acetaminophen, which poses a risk of liver damage, so care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000mg and it should not be taken with other medications containing acetaminophen. Rarely, severe skin diseases or allergic reactions may occur; if symptoms like rash or itching appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Those who have had an allergic reaction to any ingredient in this medication, those with a history of asthma, infants under three months old, and those currently taking or recently discontinued specific antidepressants or antipsychotics should not take this medication. During treatment, it is advisable not to take other medications that include cough suppressants, cold medications, analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. In particular, children suspected of having chickenpox or flu, those with allergic conditions or liver, kidney, heart, or thyroid diseases, those with gastrointestinal issues or high fever, and pregnant or nursing women should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If serious symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, urinary issues, severe breathing difficulties, or blisters on the skin occur during usage, discontinue immediately and consult healthcare personnel. It is generally not advised for children under 2 years of age; if necessary, a doctor's evaluation is required. During use, strictly adhere to the prescribed method and dosage, avoid prolonged use, and refrain from alcohol consumption. Additionally, this medication may cause drowsiness, so caution should be taken when driving or operating machinery, and as drug metabolism may slow when taken with certain medications, consultation with a specialist is necessary. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry, and sealed place, and should not be transferred to other containers to maintain quality.
