Relief of symptoms of nasal cold (acute rhinitis), allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis
This medication is used to relieve nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, teary eyes, sore throat, and a heavy head caused by nasal cold (acute rhinitis), allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis. It helps reduce your uncomfortable symptoms and maintain a comfortable state. It effectively calms these symptoms when present.
For individuals aged 15 and older and adults: Take 1 tablet 3 times a day after meals. The dosage interval should be at least 4 hours.
This medication should not be taken by infants under 3 months old. Those who have had allergic reactions to this drug or its ingredients should also avoid taking it. Women who are breastfeeding should not take this medication or should discontinue breastfeeding if they must take it. Individuals currently taking or having discontinued monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, or anticholinergic medications within the last two weeks should not use this medication. This drug contains lactose, so individuals with lactose intolerance or related genetic disorders should not take it. While taking this medication, do not use other oral medications for rhinitis, cold medications that contain antihistamines, cough suppressants, motion sickness medications, allergy medications, or topical diphenhydramine preparations. Children over 3 months but under 2 years old should consult a doctor before taking this medication and should avoid taking it unless absolutely necessary. Caregivers must closely monitor children under 2 years when administering this medication. Individuals with allergies or who have experienced allergic reactions to medications previously, as well as those with heart diseases, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, a weakened condition, or high fever, should consult a professional before taking this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, elderly people, and those currently under the treatment of a physician or dentist should seek consultation as well. If cough lasts for an extended period or if smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, or emphysema is present, it is necessary to consult a professional before use. If any symptoms of hemorrhagic stroke, severe nausea or vomiting, persistent thirst, constipation, loss of appetite, skin rashes or itching, or difficulty urinating occur while taking this medication, discontinue immediately and consult a doctor. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication 5-6 times, stop taking it and consult a professional. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and do not take it for an extended period. As drowsiness may occur, it is advisable to avoid driving automobiles or operating machinery, and alcohol consumption should also be avoided. Store this medication out of reach of children and in a tightly sealed container away from direct sunlight, moisture, and in a cool place. It is also important not to transfer it to another container to maintain its quality.
