Temporary relief of allergy symptoms such as itchy eyes and nasal congestion
This medication helps temporarily relieve various symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, including itchy or watery eyes, runny nose and nasal congestion, sneezing, and itching in the nose and throat. It also helps alleviate discomfort caused by sinus congestion. It is used for individuals with these symptoms to reduce discomfort in daily life.
Take 20 mL every 4-6 hours, not to exceed 4 times in 24 hours.
For ages 2-6 years, take 5 mL every 4-6 hours, not to exceed 4 times in 24 hours. For ages 6-12 years, take 10 mL every 4-6 hours, not to exceed 4 times in 24 hours. Not to be given to infants under 2 years.
This medication contains pseudoephedrine, which may cause serious skin reactions such as rashes or pustules. If fever or significant red spots and small blisters occur on the skin, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication should not be used by anyone currently taking or who has recently stopped taking certain antidepressants or Parkinson’s disease treatments known as monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) within the last 2 weeks. If you are unsure whether your current medication contains this ingredient, be sure to consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Additionally, patients with severe hypertension or serious kidney disease should not take this medication. It is important to consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have heart disease, thyroid problems, diabetes, glaucoma, asthma, or chronic bronchitis prior to use. If you are already taking sedatives or tranquilizers, be sure to consult a healthcare professional before combining with this medication. Care should be taken not to exceed the recommended dose, especially in children, as it may cause agitation. This medication can cause drowsiness, and caution is needed when taken with sedatives or tranquilizers. If symptoms such as anxiety, dizziness, or difficulty sleeping occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. If symptoms do not improve within 7 days or if fever develops, stop taking it and consult your doctor or pharmacist. If throat pain persists for more than 2 days or symptoms such as headache, fever, rash, nausea, or vomiting occur, discontinue use of this medication. If severe skin reactions occur, cease use immediately and seek professional help. If symptoms such as rapid abdominal pain or rectal bleeding occur due to the pseudoephedrine component, discontinue use immediately. If sudden severe headache, nausea, confusion, seizures, or visual disturbances occur, stop taking this medication and notify a doctor immediately. In case of an overdose, seek immediate medical assistance and visit a healthcare facility even if symptoms are absent. This medication is not to be used in children under 2 years of age unless absolutely necessary and under a doctor’s care. When storing, keep out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, store in a cool, dry place, and tightly close the lid. Furthermore, this medication should be stored in its original container, as transferring it to another container poses a risk of misuse or deterioration in quality.
Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP), severe skin reactions (fever, erythema, multiple small pustules), symptoms of ischemic colitis associated with pseudoephedrine (sudden abdominal pain, rectal bleeding), symptoms of reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome and reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (sudden severe headache, thunderclap headache, nausea, vomiting, confusion, seizures, visual disturbances)

This medication should not be taken in conjunction with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). If you have stopped taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors within the last 2 weeks, you should also avoid this medication. Additionally, consult with your doctor or pharmacist if taking sedatives or tranquilizers together.
This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container that blocks light, and it is best kept in a cool place below 25 degrees Celsius. Storing it this way helps maintain the effectiveness of the medication for longer.
