How to take

Adult dose

Aged 15 years and older take 1 sachet (20mL), 3 times a day after meals

Child dose

Aged 11 years and older - under 15 years take 2/3 of a sachet, aged 7 years and older - under 11 years take 1/2 of a sachet, aged 3 years and older - under 7 years take 1/3 of a sachet, aged 2 years and older - under 3 years

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anti-Parkinson’s medications, etc.), cough suppressants and expectorants, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, and oral medications containing antihistamines (oral preparations for rhinitis, motion sickness medications, allergy medications). Do not take this medicine if you have stopped MAO inhibitors less than 2 weeks prior. Diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, steroids, etc. are also to be avoided.
