For the treatment of essential hypertension, administer 5 mg of Nebivolol orally once daily at the same time. For patients with renal impairment, the initial dose is 2.5 mg orally once daily, which can be increased to 5 mg if needed. For elderly patients (65 years and older), the initial dose is 2.5 mg orally once daily, which can be increased to 5 mg if necessary. For chronic heart failure, in elderly patients aged 70 and older, this medication should be administered to those without a history of acute heart failure in the past six weeks, and doses of diuretics, digoxin, ACE inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor blockers, and other cardiovascular medications should be stabilized at least 2 weeks prior to administration. The dosage should be gradually increased every 1-2 weeks until an optimal dose is reached based on the patient's condition, starting with 1.25 mg of Nebivolol once daily, and can be increased to 2.5 mg, 5 mg, and up to 10 mg once daily as needed. The maximum daily dosage is 10 mg. It can be taken with food.

How to take

Adult dose

For the treatment of essential hypertension, administer 5 mg of Nebivolol orally once daily at the same time. For patients with renal impairment, the initial dose is 2.5 mg orally once daily, which can be increased to 5 mg if needed. For elderly patients (65 years and older), the initial dose is 2.5 mg orally once daily, which can be increased to 5 mg if necessary.
