This drug is used for patients who require both telmisartan and rosuvastatin. Telmisartan helps lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. This effect is particularly pronounced in patients over 55 years of age who are at high risk of cardiovascular events such as myocardial infarction and stroke. Rosuvastatin regulates cholesterol levels in patients with hypercholesterolemia and dyslipidemia, slowing the progression of atherosclerosis. It is also used to reduce the risks of cardiovascular diseases, strokes, and myocardial infarctions in specific high-risk groups. This drug is effective in improving the cardiovascular health of patients with concomitant hypertension and hyperlipidemia.
