Adult dosage
1-8 sprays in each nasal cavity as needed every 2-3 hours. Insert the nozzle into the nasal cavity so that the tip is slightly angled backward. Press hard on the pump to activate the spray and dispense a prescribed amount into both nasal cavities. After spraying, tilt the head to the right for 10 seconds, then to the left for 10 seconds. Then pinch the nose and hold it closed for 10 seconds.
Children's dosage
Infants: 1 spray. 1 month to 12 months: 1-2 sprays. 1-2 years: 1-3 sprays. 2-5 years: 1-4 sprays. 5-8 years: 1-5 sprays.

This medication is used to clean the nasal passage when there is excessive secretion from the nasal mucosa or when pus accumulates causing nasal obstruction. It also helps alleviate uncomfortable symptoms caused by dryness of the nasal mucosa. Therefore, it is effectively used to improve nasal blockage and dryness.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

1-8 sprays in each nasal cavity as needed every 2-3 hours. Insert the nozzle into the nasal cavity so that the tip is slightly angled backward. Press hard on the pump to activate the spray and dispense a prescribed amount into both nasal cavities. After spraying, tilt the head to the right for 10 seconds, then to the left for 10 seconds. Then pinch the nose and hold it closed for 10 seconds.

Children's dosage

Infants: 1 spray. 1 month to 12 months: 1-2 sprays. 1-2 years: 1-3 sprays. 2-5 years: 1-4 sprays. 5-8 years: 1-5 sprays.

When using it, the head should be tilted sideways or laid down to prevent the liquid from flowing into the throat; otherwise, muscle spasms in the throat may occur. The benzalkonium chloride included in this medication can cause bronchospasms, so care should be taken, especially with long-term use, as it may cause irritation, swelling, or mucosal edema in the nasal area. When storing, avoid high temperatures, and never use products past their expiration date. Keep out of reach of children and do not transfer the medication to another container from its original package. Storing it in the original container and tightly closing it will help prevent misuse or deterioration of the product.
