Nozq Care Nasal Spray (Sodium Chloride)

Adult dosage

If needed, spray 1-8 times in each nasal cavity every 2-3 hours. Insert the nozzle into the nasal cavity and direct the tip slightly backward. Press the pump firmly to activate the spray, then dispense a prescribed amount in both nasal cavities. Tilt your head to the right for 10 seconds, then to the left for another 10 seconds. Afterward, pinch your nose tightly and block your nasal cavity for 10 seconds with your head tilted forward.

Children's dosage

Infants: 1 spray 1 month - 12 months: 1-2 sprays 1 year - 2 years: 1-3 sprays 2 years - 5 years: 1-4 sprays 5 years - 8 years: 1-5 sprays 8 years and older: 1-6 sprays

This medication should not be used by individuals allergic to benzalkonium chloride or any other ingredients of this medication. Before using this medication, consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist if you have ever experienced allergic symptoms to nasal drops, are currently being treated by a physician, have had recent nasal surgery, or have lesions in the nasal area. This medication is to be used solely for nasal delivery and should not be shared with others for hygiene reasons. When using, position your head sideways or upright to prevent the liquid from going down your throat; otherwise, you may experience sudden throat constriction. Benzalkonium chloride may cause bronchospasm, and particular caution is needed as long-term use may cause irritation or swelling inside the nose and mucosal edema. This medication should be stored away from heat, and do not use expired products under any circumstances. Store in a safe place out of reach of children, and always keep the medication in its original container to avoid misuse or degradation of quality.
