How to take

Adult dose

This medication is administered orally, divided into two doses per day, regardless of meals, with a total daily dosage. 1. Neuropathic Pain - Peripheral Neuropathic Pain: Initial dose of 150 mg/day, may increase to 300 mg/day after 3-7 days, and may increase to a maximum of 600 mg every 7 days if necessary. - Central Neuropathic Pain: Initial dose of 150 mg/day, may increase to 300 mg/day after one week.

Precautions

This medication may increase the risk of suicidal thoughts or behaviors, so if symptoms of depression or mood changes occur during treatment, you should inform your healthcare provider immediately.
