Nudoba Sustained Release Capsule

Adult dosage

Take one capsule once daily. In severe cases, take one capsule twice daily.

Children's dosage

Adolescents aged 12 years and older take one capsule once daily.

This medication contains pseudoephedrine and may rarely cause serious skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis; if symptoms like fever, erythema, or small blisters occur during treatment, you should stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor. Patients with hypersensitivity to this medication or specific conditions, including glaucoma, severe hypertension, hyperthyroidism, severe liver dysfunction, children under 12 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those with genetic disorders such as lactose intolerance should not take this medication. Patients with a history of glaucoma, hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, benign prostatic hyperplasia, liver dysfunction, those at risk for QT interval prolongation, those taking certain antibiotics or antifungals, and individuals over 60 years old should use this medication cautiously. This medication may cause various side effects such as palpitations, drowsiness, nervousness, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, elevated liver enzymes, rashes, and weight gain, so you should consult a doctor if symptoms occur. Care should be taken when driving or operating machinery, as this medication may affect your concentration and reactions. Also, this medication may impact blood pressure or interact with other drugs, so you must inform your doctor or pharmacist of any medications you are currently taking. Pregnant or breastfeeding women must consult a healthcare provider before taking this medication, and breastfeeding should be suspended if this medication is taken while nursing. In case of overdose, immediate medical attention is necessary for gastrointestinal lavage and monitoring of vital signs, so you should immediately visit a healthcare institution. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, and it is safe not to transfer it to another container.
