Improvement of symptoms and walking ability in lumbar spinal stenosis, and ischemic symptoms of Buerger's disease
This medication helps improve ischemic symptoms such as ulcers, pain, and cold sensations caused by obliterative thromboangiitis. It also alleviates leg pain and numbness associated with acquired lumbar spinal stenosis and enhances walking ability. Therefore, this medication is used for the relief of symptoms and improvement of function related to vascular and nerve issues.
1. For improvement of ischemic symptoms such as ulcers, pain, and coldness due to thromboangiitis obliterans (Buerger's disease), the usual adult dose is 2 tablets orally 3 times daily. 2. For improvement of subjective symptoms (lower limb pain and numbness) and walking ability due to acquired lumbar spinal stenosis (in patients with a normal SLR test and bilateral intermittent claudication), the usual adult dose is 1 tablet orally 3 times daily. The dose may be adjusted appropriately according to age and symptoms.
