Adult dose

Adults (15 years and older): 1 capsule each time, 3 times a day, to be taken after each meal.

This drug contains pseudoephedrine, which can rarely cause severe skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis. If symptoms like fever, redness of the skin, and numerous small blisters appear, immediately stop taking this medication and consult a doctor or pharmacist. It is safest for children under 15, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and individuals with certain heart conditions, hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, etc., not to take this medication. Additionally, if there has been a past allergic reaction to any of the ingredients in this medication, or if a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (e.g., certain antidepressants or antipsychotics) has been taken recently, it should also be avoided. During treatment, be careful not to take this drug together with other cold or allergy medications, and inform your doctor or pharmacist of any past drug allergies or heart-related issues before taking the medication. If sudden severe headache, rash, itching, vomiting, severe muscle weakness or spasms, or abdominal pain occurs while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and method of administration, avoid long-term usage, and supervise children aged 15 and older when administering under a guardian's oversight. Also, because drowsiness may occur, avoid driving or operating machinery, and refraining from alcohol is advisable. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. Transferring it to another container may lead to a risk of misuse and deterioration in quality, so it should be retained in its original container.

Serious side effects

Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, cold sweat, pallor, difficulty breathing → severe allergic reaction. High fever with severe rash, blisters, peeling skin, pain in oral/eye mucosa → severe skin reactions. Noticeable decrease in urine output, severe swelling in the body combined with high blood pressure → severe edema or urinary issues. Sudden and extremely severe headache, lightning headache, seizures → serious neurological symptoms.

Drug interactions

This medication should not be taken in conjunction with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anti-Parkinson agents, etc.), other oral medications for rhinitis, and medications containing antihistamines (cold medicines, cough suppressants, motion sickness pills, allergy medications, etc.).

Food interactions

Alcohol consumption should be avoided while taking this medication.

This medication should be stored in a sealed container to prevent air or moisture from entering. It is best to maintain the storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature. By storing it this way, the drug's efficacy can be maintained for a long time.
