Relief of sputum discharge difficulty caused by respiratory diseases such as acute and chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma.
This medicine is used to improve sputum discharge difficulty caused by acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, laryngitis, sinusitis, and cystic fibrosis.
For acute conditions: 200 mg once, three times a day. For chronic conditions: 200 mg once, twice a day.
For acute conditions (ages 6-14): 200 mg once, twice a day. For chronic conditions (ages 6-14): 100 mg once, three times a day. For cystic fibrosis (ages 6 and older): 200 mg once, three times a day.
This medicine should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medicine or any of its components. Patients with ulcers in the stomach or duodenum should not use this medicine. Children under 2 years of age should not take this medicine. Additionally, individuals with genetic disorders that prevent lactose breakdown should not take this medicine. Pregnant women or women who may become pregnant should consult a doctor before taking this medicine. Nursing mothers should also consult a professional before use, as it is uncertain whether this medicine is present in breast milk. If gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, stomatitis, heartburn, or diarrhea occur while taking this medicine, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Symptoms such as hives, itching, skin rashes, headaches, tinnitus, or bronchoconstriction in asthma patients require immediate medical attention. Be cautious of symptoms such as rapid heartbeat or increased blood pressure, as severe allergic reactions may occur. If symptoms of difficulty breathing arise, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. This medicine can reduce the effectiveness of certain antibiotics when taken together, so it should be taken at least 2 hours apart. Moreover, it is safe not to mix other medications with the solution of this medicine. Store this medicine out of reach of children, and it is important to keep it in its original container to maintain safety and quality.

This medicine must be taken at least 2 hours apart from oral antibiotics (amoxicillin, cefuroxime, doxycycline, erythromycin, chloramphenicol). Avoid adding other medications to the solution of this medicine.
