This medication should not be used by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is also not safe to administer to patients who easily bleed or are taking anticoagulants. This medicine should not be used in patients with severe liver or kidney impairment. Patients who have had an allergic reaction to any of this medication’s components should avoid taking it. Patients with severe pulmonary disease, active infections, malignant tumors, or blood coagulation disorders should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. When taking this medication, mild side effects such as headache, dizziness, drowsiness, palpitations, diarrhea, abdominal distension, dyspepsia, itching, hives, and discomfort in the chest may occur. Rarely, gastrointestinal issues, skin rashes, gum bleeding, and liver function abnormalities may manifest; therefore, caution is advised. If symptoms of jaundice, changes in urine color, severe abdominal pain, or loss of appetite occur, the medication should be discontinued immediately, and medical consultation should be sought. If symptoms do not improve within a week or if fever, difficulty breathing, or blood-streaked sputum occur, it is essential to consult a doctor. This medication may interact with anticoagulants, certain antibiotics, and other drugs metabolized in the liver, so patients should inform healthcare providers of any other medications they are taking. Oversdosage may increase side effects, so it is crucial to adhere to the prescribed dosage and, in case of suspected overdose, to consult a doctor immediately. Elderly patients (aged 65 years and older) may have weakened bodily functions, so their conditions should be monitored more closely when using this medication. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, and it should be kept in its original container with the lid tightly closed.
