Those with allergies such as hives, contact dermatitis, migraine, or food allergies should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. It is also necessary to consult if there has been a history of allergic reactions to nasal sprays including medications for rhinitis. If any symptoms such as rash, redness, swelling, irritation, or itching occur during use, immediately discontinue use and consult a professional. If symptoms do not improve after using for more than 3 days, stop use and consult a professional. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and application; excessive use may worsen nasal congestion. This medication should only be used as a nasal spray and should not be applied to the eyes or ears. To prevent contamination from joint use, avoid mixing where possible. Do not use continuously for more than 7 days. Because drowsiness may occur during use, caution should be exercised when driving or operating machinery.
