Additionally, since it contains lactose, it should not be administered to patients with genetic problems such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption. It should be used cautiously in patients with a tendency to bleed or those taking antiplatelet agents, thrombolytics, or anticoagulants. When using this medication, hypersensitivity reactions such as rashes or itching may occur, and if these symptoms appear, use should be immediately discontinued. Bleeding may occur rarely; thus, symptoms should be closely monitored, and if abnormal signs appear, administration should be stopped. Gastrointestinal side effects may include diarrhea, nausea, abdominal discomfort, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, and heartburn. Since it may affect liver function, it is advisable to regularly check whether liver enzyme levels are elevated. Cardiovascular abnormalities such as palpitations or cyanosis of the extremities and low blood pressure may also occur rarely. Various other side effects such as headaches, facial flushing or dizziness, heat sensation, tremors, edema, and anemia may also occur. In patients with lumbar spinal stenosis, it is important to carefully observe symptoms and decide whether to continue using the drug. Safety in pregnancy has not been established, and uterine contractions have been reported in animal studies, so it should not be administered to pregnant women. Safety in children has also not been confirmed, so it is advisable not to use it in children.
