How to take

Adult dose

This medication is taken orally, divided into two doses daily, regardless of food. For neuropathic pain (peripheral and central), epilepsy, and fibromyalgia, the initial dose is 150 mg per day, and based on the patient’s response and tolerability, it may be increased to 300 mg per day after 3 to 7 days.
