This medication is effective for fever and pain caused by colds, headaches, neuralgia, muscle pain, menstrual pain, and sprain pain. It can also be used for toothache, joint pain, and rheumatic pain. It helps improve various types of pain and inflammation.

How to take

Adult dose

Children aged 12 years or older and adults: Take 2 capsules at a time, 3 to 4 times a day (every 4 to 6 hours) as needed. Do not exceed a total of 4 grams (12 capsules) in one day. This medication should be taken at the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible.

Precautions

This medication can put a strain on the liver, so those who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages a day should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking it. While taking this medication, sudden rashes or blisters on the skin, severe allergic reactions may occur, so if any of these symptoms appear, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Taking this medication in excess of the maximum daily dosage can result in liver damage; therefore, it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. Individuals allergic to this medication, those with peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, or severely impaired liver or kidney function should not take it. People with asthma or who have experienced an asthma attack from aspirin, or those currently taking certain antidepressants or barbiturates should also avoid this medication. Individuals with liver or kidney disease, bleeding tendencies, impaired heart function, history of hypersensitivity, bronchial asthma, elderly individuals, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those on certain medications should consult healthcare professionals before taking this medication. If during use symptoms of difficulty breathing, severe allergic reactions, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe skin rashes, acute pancreatitis, liver or kidney damage occur, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a healthcare professional. This medication requires ample consultation to prevent hypersensitivity reactions, and regular check-ups are needed for those with chronic illnesses or long-term use. Children and the elderly should use the minimum effective dose and be vigilant for adverse reactions, and it is safe not to use it for more than 10 days for pain or more than 3 days for fever. Combining this medication with other anti-inflammatory analgesics should be avoided. In cases of infection, it can be taken alongside antibiotics as prescribed by a physician. In case of overdose, even if there are no symptoms, you must go to the hospital immediately for appropriate treatment, and medications to protect the liver may be administered.
