Precautions

This medication should be used with caution for individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages per day; consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is required before use, as there is a risk of liver damage. Serious rashes or blister-like symptoms may occur during use, so if such symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. This medication contains acetaminophen; do not exceed a maximum dosage of 4,000 mg per day and do not use with other acetaminophen-containing medications. Individuals with a history of hypersensitivity to this medication or its ingredients, or who have experienced asthma, should not use this medication. Additionally, individuals currently taking or who have discontinued MAO inhibitors (such as certain antidepressants or antipsychotics) within the last two weeks should not use this medication. Those with lactose intolerance or related genetic disorders should also avoid this medication. During the use of this medication, do not take cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines concurrently. Children under the age of 15 who are suspected of having chickenpox or flu, especially those with vomiting or behavioral changes, must consult a doctor. Infants under three months should avoid use, and children under two years should only use under doctor supervision, with careful parental observation during administration. Individuals with allergic tendencies or those who have previously experienced allergic symptoms due to medication, as well as those with chronic conditions such as liver, kidney, or heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, older adults, and pregnant or breastfeeding women, should consult a professional before use. If symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, vomiting, or dizziness occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Rarely, serious allergic reactions, skin diseases, liver impairment symptoms, and breathing difficulties may occur, so if these symptoms arise, visit a healthcare facility immediately. This medication must be used according to the prescribed instructions and dosage, and long-term use should be avoided. Avoid drinking alcohol during use, and be cautious when taking with certain medications, as it may slow the body’s breakdown of acetaminophen.
