Relief of moderate to severe acute and chronic pain
This medication is used to relieve moderate to severe acute and chronic pain.
For children over 12 years and adults: The dosage should be adjusted based on the patient's level of pain and response to treatment. It is recommended to administer an initial dose of 2 tablets, and subsequent doses should be at least 6 hours apart, not exceeding 8 tablets per day. The lowest effective dose should be administered for the shortest duration possible. Avoid prolonged use unless required due to the nature and severity of the condition.

This medication may burden the liver, so those who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking it. This medication has a risk of dependence or abuse, so it should be taken only in the exact dosage and duration as directed by a physician. Patients with impaired liver function must consult a physician before taking this medication, ensuring that they do not exceed the recommended dosage. Ultra-rapid metabolizers with specific genotypes may metabolize the active ingredient quickly, increasing the risk of respiratory depression, so alternative medications or dosage adjustments may be needed for these patients. Children under 12 years or adolescents under 18 years who have had certain surgeries should not take this medication, and those aged 12 to 18 should avoid it if there are special risk factors. Patients with sleep apnea or hypoxia should continuously monitor symptoms during treatment and consider dosage adjustment or discontinuation as necessary. This medication may cause hyponatremia, so elderly patients or those with risk factors should monitor for symptoms. Patients with hypersensitivity to this medication, those taking certain drugs, severe respiratory depression, or head injury should not take it. Exercise caution when driving or operating machinery due to possible drowsiness or dizziness.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe rash with fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mouth/eyes mucous membranes, wheezing or difficulty in breathing, asthma attack, cough with fever accompanied respiratory abnormalities, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), severe lethargy, sudden and severe headaches, thunderclap headache, seizures, confusion, vision abnormalities, paralysis, urination problems.
