This medication should not be used by patients who are hypersensitive to it. Patients with hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, and glaucoma should use this medication cautiously. Patients who have previously used a nasal spray for rhinitis and experienced allergic symptoms, such as rashes, swelling, or irritation, should be careful. Patients currently undergoing treatment by a physician should also exercise caution when using this medication. This medication contains sodium metabisulfite, which can cause severe allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis. If any hypersensitivity symptoms such as rashes, redness, swelling, or irritation occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Rarely, symptoms such as tremors or insomnia may occur. Palpitations may also occur infrequently, so caution is advised. Irritation pain or runny nose may occur, so symptoms should be monitored closely. Excessive use of this medication may worsen nasal congestion, so the dosage should be followed. The prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly adhered to, and if symptoms do not improve after three days of use, discontinue use and consult a physician or pharmacist. Care should be taken to avoid prolonged continuous use. Patients taking MAO inhibitors should avoid using this medication, as it may cause a sudden increase in blood pressure. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant should only use this medication if the benefits of treatment outweigh the risks, as safety has not been established. This medication should not be used in the eyes or ears, and it is advisable not to share it with others to prevent contamination. Do not use discolored medication. Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Additionally, to prevent misuse and maintain the quality of the medication, it is important not to transfer it to another container.
