Relief of cold symptoms (runny nose, nasal congestion, etc.)
This medication helps relieve cold symptoms such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain. It quickly alleviates symptoms to prevent disruption to daily life and supports the patient in recovering more comfortably. Therefore, it is effectively used for relief of cold symptoms.
Adults (15 years and older): take 1 packet (13mL) three times a day after meals, 30 minutes after eating. The interval between doses is generally 4 hours. If necessary, it may be taken at bedtime.
Ages 11 to under 15 years: take 2/3 packet (8.7mL) three times a day after meals, 30 minutes after eating. Ages 7 to under 11 years: take 1/2 packet (6.5mL) three times a day after meals, 30 minutes after eating.
This medication may cause liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day, so it is important to consult with a doctor or pharmacist. As it contains acetaminophen, serious skin reactions may occur infrequently; if a rash or allergic symptoms appear after taking it, intake should be immediately discontinued. Care should be taken not to exceed a maximum of 4,000mg of acetaminophen per day, and it should not be taken in conjunction with other acetaminophen-containing products to prevent liver damage. Additionally, the artificial sweetener aspartame contained in this medication breaks down to phenylalanine, so it should not be taken by patients with phenylketonuria. Individuals with allergies to this medication or its components, those who have had experiences triggering asthma, infants under three months of age, and those taking or who have recently discontinued certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications should avoid this medication. While taking this medication, it is safe to avoid the concurrent use of cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, and antihistamines. Children with chickenpox or influenza, those with a history of allergies or specific diseases such as liver, kidney, or heart disease, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult with a healthcare professional before use. If unusual symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, dizziness, or difficulty breathing occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional; if symptoms do not improve, further medical attention may be necessary. It should not be administered to children under two years of age unless absolutely necessary, and in such cases, a doctor's consideration is required. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and regimen, avoid prolonged use, and refrain from alcohol consumption. Drowsiness may occur while using this medication, so it is advisable to avoid driving or operating machinery. There may be a risk of side effects when combined with certain medications, so if taking other medications, consulting a professional is essential.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor (anaphylaxis), severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral or ocular mucosa (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis), asthma, yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), generalized malaise (liver function disorder), cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever (interstitial pneumonia), decreased urine output, severe overall swelling

This medication should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen, MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, antiparkinson agents, etc.), cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, and antihistamines (oral medications for rhinitis, anti-motion sickness drugs, allergy medications), as well as diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, steroids, barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, and loop diuretics.
This medication should be used with caution when taken with potassium-containing preparations, licorice-containing preparations, glycyrrhizin or its salts.
This medication must be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air and humidity. It is recommended to maintain a storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius (room temperature).
