Precautions

This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages daily should consult with a physician or pharmacist before taking it. During treatment, serious skin reactions such as rashes, itching, or blisters may occur, and if such symptoms appear, treatment should be stopped immediately, and a healthcare professional should be consulted. As it contains acetaminophen, caution must be exercised not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000mg, and it should not be taken along with other products containing acetaminophen. This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to it or have severe peptic ulcers, serious blood disorders, or severely impaired liver or kidney function, or those with decreased heart function. Individuals taking aspirin for asthma, certain antidepressants, or barbiturates should also refrain from taking this medication. Individuals with kidney or liver disease, peptic ulcers, blood disorders, heart issues, asthma, hypersensitivity history, elderly individuals, pregnant or nursing women, and those taking warfarin or certain diuretics must consult a healthcare professional before use. If severe adverse symptoms such as sudden difficulty breathing, skin rashes, nausea, bleeding, or severe allergic reactions occur, treatment should be stopped immediately, and medical assistance should be sought. This medication aids in symptom relief but does not treat the underlying cause; therefore, if symptoms persist or worsen, a doctor should be consulted. Long-term use requires regular blood tests and liver function tests, and if any issues arise, dosage should be adjusted or terminated. In case of overdose, even without symptoms, immediate treatment at a hospital for liver protection is required, and children or the elderly should use the minimum effective dose while monitoring for adverse reactions. This medication should be stored in a sealed container and kept in a cool place out of reach of children. Additionally, it should not be removed from the original container or transferred to another container to maintain the quality of the medication and prevent misuse.
