This medicine is effective in relieving various types of pain such as headache, toothache, and sore throat. It also reduces pain from tooth extraction or pain in various body parts, including arthritis, muscle pain, and neuralgia. It is also used for menstrual pain, such as dysmenorrhea, and trauma-induced pain. Additionally, it has antipyretic effects to improve symptoms during chills and fever. Thus, this medicine is used to relieve various types of pain and fever.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For adults, take 2 tablets every 6 hours, not exceeding a maximum of 8 tablets per day.

Precautions

This medication should be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist if the user regularly consumes more than three drinks a day, as it may cause liver damage or gastrointestinal bleeding. Using this medication for more than 10 days a month may worsen headaches. Since this medication contains acetaminophen, it should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing medications to avoid exceeding the maximum daily dosage and causing liver damage. Children and adolescents who have had or are suspected of having chickenpox or influenza should consult with a professional before using this medication, and those with allergic reactions to aspirin, asthma, heartburn, indigestion, gastric ulcers, or bleeding symptoms should also seek advice before using. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, as well as patients taking anticoagulants, diabetes, gout, or arthritis treatments, should also consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. This medication should not be taken continuously for more than 10 days as a pain reliever or for more than 3 days as an antipyretic. It is advisable to not use it during the last three months of pregnancy. If pain or fever persists or worsens during use, or if symptoms such as redness or swelling occur, professional advice should be sought immediately. If there is a feeling of ringing in the ears or decreased hearing, one should consult a doctor or pharmacist, and immediate medical help should be sought in case of overdose. After 20 weeks of pregnancy, this medication may affect fetal kidney function, so it should be used at the lowest effective dose and duration, and after 30 weeks, its use should be avoided as it may pose a risk of fetal vessel closure. When storing the medication, it should be kept in a safe place out of reach of children.
