This medication is effective for rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis (degenerative arthritis), and periarthritis of the scapulohumeral joint. It is also used for relief of pain such as low back pain or sciatica. It can help in the treatment of pain due to non-articular rheumatism. It is widely used for various joint and musculoskeletal disorders.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 200 mg of aceclofenac once daily. Do not chew or crush the medication; swallow it whole. To minimize the risk of cardiovascular adverse reactions, it should be administered at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.

Precautions

This medication may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding if taken regularly by individuals who drink more than three glasses of alcohol daily; therefore, consultation with a physician or pharmacist is necessary.
