Precautions

This medication is used to treat asthma and allergic rhinitis. During the course of this medication, neuropsychiatric symptoms may occur, so patients and caregivers should carefully observe for changes in mental state such as agitation, anxiety, depression, hallucinations, and suicidal thoughts. If these symptoms or behavioral changes occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. This medication contains lactose; patients with lactose intolerance or certain genetic metabolic disorders should not take it. Adverse reactions such as fatigue, headache, abdominal pain, cough, and rash may occur after administration, and caution is especially needed for children and elderly patients. This medication is not intended for the treatment of acute asthma attacks; therefore, separate emergency medication should be used if acute symptoms occur. Patients with hypersensitivity to aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should avoid these medications while taking this drug. There is no significant change in the incidence of adverse reactions with long-term use of this medication, but continuous monitoring is necessary. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should only take this medication after consulting a physician, as safety has not been fully established. While no significant interaction reports exist with other medications, caution may be needed when using with certain drugs. In case of overdose, there is no specific antidote, so general symptomatic treatment and medical observation are necessary. Keep out of reach of children and do not transfer to another container. Take this medication as directed by your physician and consult healthcare professionals immediately if symptoms worsen or unusual symptoms occur.
