This medication is effective in relieving fever and pain due to colds, headaches, neuralgia, muscle pain, menstrual pain, and pain from sprains, among various other types of pain. It is also used to improve symptoms of tooth pain, joint pain, and rheumatic pain. Patients can benefit from this medication in reducing various types of pain and alleviating discomfort. How to take

Adult dose

Take 2 capsules per dose, 3-4 times a day (every 4-6 hours) as needed. Do not exceed a maximum of 4 grams (12 capsules) per day. This medication should be taken for the shortest duration necessary using the minimum effective dose.

Child dose

Children over 12 years: take 2 capsules per dose, 3-4 times a day (every 4-6 hours) as needed. Do not exceed a maximum of 4 grams (12 capsules) per day.

Precautions

This medication may burden the liver; therefore, individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If severe skin rashes or blisters occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Caution should be taken not to exceed a maximum daily dose of 4,000 mg, as it contains acetaminophen, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. It is safer not to take this medicine if you are allergic to it or if you have peptic ulcers, severe liver or kidney dysfunction, or decreased cardiac function. Individuals with aspirin-induced asthma or those taking certain medications should also consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. Those with liver or kidney problems, a tendency to bleed, the elderly, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult healthcare professionals before use. If serious symptoms such as difficulty in breathing, severe allergic reactions, skin rashes, vomiting, or gastrointestinal bleeding occur while taking the medication, stop taking it immediately and seek medical attention. For prolonged use, regular blood tests and liver function tests should be performed. If abnormalities are found, dosage may need to be adjusted or discontinued. Do not take this medication for longer than 10 days (for adults) or 5 days (for children) if pain or fever persists, and consult a physician if symptoms worsen or new symptoms arise. It is advisable to avoid taking this medication concurrently with other anti-inflammatory pain relievers and to take appropriate antibiotics as prescribed by a physician in case of infection. If an overdose occurs, seek hospital treatment immediately, and you may receive medication to prevent liver damage.
