This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion and runny nose caused by nasal inflammation resulting from a common cold, rhinitis, sinusitis, and surgery.
Dosage and Administration
Adult dosage
For children aged 12 years and older or adults: Spray 1 dose (one spray) into each nostril 3 times a day.

Precautions
This medication should not be used by children under 6 years of age. Additionally, individuals who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients, or have a history of hypersensitivity should avoid use. It is also advisable not to use this medication for those who have undergone specific surgeries related to the brain, patients with angle-closure glaucoma, or those with dry rhinitis or atrophic rhinitis. Individuals currently taking or having discontinued certain medications such as antidepressants or antipsychotics within the last two weeks should be cautious as this medication may increase blood pressure. Those with allergic tendencies or a history of allergic reactions to medications should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. Individuals with specific conditions such as hypertension, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, or benign prostatic hyperplasia should also consult a healthcare professional before use. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant are advised not to use this medication due to its vasoconstrictive effects. Nursing mothers should avoid using this medication as it is unclear whether it is excreted in breast milk. If any adverse reactions occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Notable symptoms include difficulty breathing, angioedema, severe headaches, insomnia, blurred vision, sensations of heat or dryness in the nasal passages, and allergic skin rashes. This medication must be used according to the prescribed usage and dosage, as excessive use may worsen nasal congestion. For use in treating rhinitis only, and should not be applied to the eyes or ears. To prevent infection, it is best for a single individual to use it exclusively. Using for more than a week continuously may cause swelling of the nasal mucosa and medication-induced rhinitis, so prolonged use should be avoided. During use, alcohol consumption should be avoided, as prolonged or high-dose use may cause dryness and irritation of the nasal passages. When used in children, supervision by a guardian is necessary. Care should be taken to avoid direct spraying into the eyes, and if a child overdoses, emergency treatment may be required as it can lead to heart rhythm irregularities, elevated blood pressure, or central nervous system issues. The included Benzalkonium Chloride can cause bronchospasm, so caution is required, especially with prolonged use.
