Relief of symptoms of allergic rhinitis (conjunctivitis, dermatitis) and chronic urticaria
Used for allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis, conjunctivitis, dermatitis, and chronic urticaria.
Adults and children over 12 years should take 10mg of Evastin orally once a day. Adjust dosage appropriately based on age and symptoms.
Children aged 6-11 years should be administered 5mg once a day.
This medicine contains lactose and may cause hypersensitivity reactions in children and adolescents who are sensitive to lactose. If diarrhea occurs after taking this medicine, be sure to consult a doctor. Those with an allergic reaction to this drug or severe liver dysfunction should not take it. Additionally, individuals with a genetic condition that prevents the breakdown of lactose should also avoid this medication. Those with liver disease or a history of liver problems should be careful as liver function may worsen when taking this medication. Individuals currently on medications or have conditions that may affect heart rhythm should use this medicine with caution. In particular, there may be drug interactions occurring when taken with specific antibiotics or antifungals, so it is important to inform healthcare professionals. While taking this medication, watch for side effects such as drowsiness, irritability, headache, and indigestion. Caution is required when engaging in activities that require concentration, such as driving or operating dangerous machinery, until you know how this medication affects you. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should only use this medication with caution as its safety has not been established, and it is advisable to stop breastfeeding. This medication should preferably not be used in children under 6 years old as its safety has not been confirmed. Do not take this medication before allergy tests, and in the case of overdose, seek appropriate medical attention immediately. Store this medication out of the reach of children and do not transfer it to another container.
