How to take

Adult dose

This medication is taken orally and can be administered at any time during the day, regardless of meals. Adults should take 2mg once daily. For patients over 65 years of age, the initial dose is 1mg once daily, which may be increased to 2mg once daily as needed. For patients with severe renal impairment (GFR < 30 ml/min/1.73 m2) and severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh class C), the dose is once daily 1mg.

Precautions

This medicine should not be used by individuals who are allergic to the active ingredient or additives. Patients with severely impaired kidney function or those requiring dialysis should not take this medication. It should also be avoided by patients with bowel perforation or obstruction, or those with severe gastrointestinal diseases such as Crohn's disease or severe colitis. This medication contains lactose and is not suitable for individuals with lactose intolerance or certain genetic metabolic disorders.
