Relief of difficulty in sputum expectoration due to acute and chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma
This medicine helps relieve symptoms of difficulty in sputum expectoration associated with acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, laryngitis, sinusitis, and cystic fibrosis. It helps expel mucus accumulated in these conditions, facilitating easier breathing and improving symptoms. Therefore, it is used to ensure smooth sputum discharge and maintain respiratory health.
Acute condition: 200 mg once, 3 times a day Chronic condition: 200 mg once, 2 times a day
Acute condition: 6-14 years old 200 mg once, 2 times a day Chronic condition: 6-14 years old 100 mg once, 3 times a day Cystic fibrosis: 6 years and older 200 mg once, 3 times a day
This medication should not be taken by individuals who have allergic reactions or hypersensitivity to its components. Patients with ulcers in the stomach or duodenum should also avoid this drug. Children under 2 years old should not use this medication. Additionally, those with a genetic condition that prevents the digestion of lactose should not take this medication as it contains lactose. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should consult a doctor before taking this medication. Breastfeeding women should also consult a healthcare professional before use, as it is uncertain if this drug is excreted in breast milk. If gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, stomatitis, heartburn, or diarrhea occur, cease taking the medication immediately and consult a doctor. If symptoms such as hives, itching, rash, headache, tinnitus, or bronchial narrowing in asthmatic patients occur, stop taking the medication and consult a professional. Be cautious of symptoms such as rapid heartbeat or high blood pressure, as well as rare severe allergic reactions like anaphylaxis. Difficulty breathing could also be related to this medication, so prompt consultation with medical staff is recommended. Taking this medication together with other oral antibiotics may reduce the effectiveness of the antibiotics, so a minimum interval of 2 hours should be maintained. It is also safe not to mix other medications with this drug solution. Keep this medication out of reach of children and store it in its original container to preserve quality.

This medication should be taken at least 2 hours apart from oral antibiotics (amoxicillin, cefuroxime, doxycycline, erythromycin, thiamphenicol).
This medication may be sensitive to air or moisture, so it should be stored in a tightly sealed container. Additionally, avoid storing it in too hot or cold environments, and keep it at room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius.
