This medication is used for adult patients suffering from chronic constipation who have not experienced relief from symptoms after using laxatives. It promotes intestinal motility to alleviate constipation and facilitate bowel movements. Therefore, it is effectively used for the treatment of chronic constipation.

How to take

Adult dose

This medication is administered orally and can be taken at any time of the day, regardless of meals. Adults take 2 mg once daily. Precautions

This medication should not be used in certain patients. For example, patients who are allergic to this medication's active ingredient or excipients, those with severe renal impairment, or patients with serious gastrointestinal disorders should not take this medication. Additionally, patients with a genetic disorder that prevents the digestion of lactose should also avoid this medication. Patients with severe renal impairment should use this medication cautiously with dosage reduction.
