If fever persists or symptoms such as difficulty breathing and blood-stained sputum do not improve, cease use and consult healthcare personnel. It is recommended not to take this medication while lying down. There are no reported cases of drug interactions with this medication; however, caution is needed when taking anticoagulants as it may affect blood coagulation.
