Treatment of gastrointestinal diseases such as gastric and duodenal ulcers and gastritis
This medication is used for digestive system-related diseases such as gastric and duodenal ulcers, gastritis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, and gastroesophageal reflux disease. It also helps in the prevention of ulcers following surgery and the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers caused by NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). It is also administered before anesthesia to prevent Mendelson's syndrome. It is effective in alleviating and treating symptoms of various gastrointestinal diseases.
Generally, 2 tablets are taken orally twice a day, before breakfast and before bedtime, regardless of meals. 1) Gastric and duodenal ulcers: 2 tablets are administered twice daily, or 4 tablets are taken once a day before bedtime. For patients with duodenal ulcers, taking 4 tablets twice daily before breakfast and bedtime results in a higher cure rate. The dosage remains the same for ulcers caused by NSAID administration or long-term use. Short-term therapy.

This medication may interact with other drugs, so it is essential to inform a doctor or pharmacist if there are other medications being taken.
