This medication may produce serious gastrointestinal issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations, especially in elderly patients or those on long-term medication. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe blood, liver, kidney, or heart dysfunction, and those allergic to the ingredients of this medication should not take it. Patients with bronchial asthma or those who have had hypersensitivity reactions to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should also avoid this medication. Caution should be exercised in patients with blood disorders, liver or kidney diseases, heart failure, hypertension, autoimmune diseases, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, the elderly, pregnant women, and nursing mothers. Patients taking low-dose aspirin should be cautious as this medication may reduce the cardioprotective effect of aspirin and increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. Various serious side effects such as shock, blood disorders, gastrointestinal bleeding, skin rashes, liver dysfunction, respiratory distress, visual disturbances, neurological changes, and kidney function abnormalities may occur during the use of this medication, so you should immediately consult a healthcare provider if any abnormal symptoms arise. Severe allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis may occur, so seek immediate treatment if hypersensitivity is suspected. This medication can cause severe skin reactions; thus, if there are skin rashes or allergic reactions, it should be discontinued immediately. If there are signs of infection, caution is needed as the antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of this medication can mask symptoms. Asthma patients should be cautious when using this medication due to the possibility of cross-reactivity with aspirin-sensitive asthma. If visual disturbances occur, such as blurred vision or a decrease in vision, you must stop taking the medication immediately and undergo an ophthalmological examination. If aseptic meningitis symptoms manifest, evaluate the relationship with this medication and take appropriate action. This medication may interact with other drugs, especially with aspirin, anticoagulants, ACE inhibitors, diuretics, lithium, methotrexate, and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, so consult your doctor.
