How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 years and older, take 2 capsules per dose, 3 times a day after meals.

Precautions

This drug should not be taken by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant. Infants under 3 months old should not take this medication. People who have had allergic reactions to this drug or any of its components should avoid taking it. People taking MAO inhibitors, such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, or antiparkinsonian drugs, should not take this medication if they have taken it within the last 2 weeks. This medication contains lactose and should not be administered to patients with lactose intolerance or certain genetic metabolic disorders. While taking this medication, do not combine it with other cough medicines, cold medicines, antihistamines, or sedatives. Individuals with allergies or a history of drug allergic reactions should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Patients with liver, kidney, heart, or thyroid diseases, diabetes, hypertension, glaucoma, or urinary disorders, as well as the elderly, weak individuals, or those with high fever, should consult a doctor before taking this medication. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should also consult a health professional before taking this medication. Patients currently undergoing treatment or those with specific types of cough (e.g., cough due to smoking, chronic bronchitis, emphysema) should definitely consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. This medication contains Yellow No. 5 dye, so individuals allergic to this component should take caution. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, urinary difficulties, persistent thirst, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, or drowsiness occur while taking this medication, immediately stop taking it and consult a professional. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication 5-6 times, stop taking it and consult a doctor. Children under 2 years old should generally not take this medication, and if necessary, consult a doctor. When taking, it is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration. When administering to children, guardians must supervise closely, and it is preferable for children under 7 years old to use syrup formulations. Avoid consuming alcohol while taking this medication, and be cautious as drowsiness may occur, thus avoiding driving or operating machinery.
