This medication is effective for gastrointestinal ulcer diseases such as gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers. It is also used for the relief of symptoms of erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease and for long-term maintenance therapy. It can be used in combination with antibiotics for patients with gastrointestinal ulcers caused by Helicobacter pylori infection. It is also applicable to Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, helping to control excessive gastric acid secretion. This medication is used for the treatment of various gastrointestinal-related diseases.

How to take

Adult dose

Gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer: Typically, 10 mg is administered orally once daily, and based on symptoms, it can be increased to 20 mg once daily.
